Attachment Core Pattern Therapy focuses on uncovering relational templates formed early in life and how they continue to influence your present-day conflict cycles. With compassionate awareness of your individual attachment styles and the core pattern it creates, we’ll explore how these dynamics show up in your relationship. Over time, and with curiosity and care, these patterns can soften—making space for new ways of relating, connecting, and feeling safe within yourself and the relationship.

ACPT sessions are active, collaborative, and relational. In our sessions, we’ll explore your attachment patterns with curiosity and care, noticing how they show up in your emotions and body, and their impact on your relationships. I’ll guide you to recognize the onset of  these patterns, and together we’ll build your understanding through insightful discussion within the comfort of the listener’s embrace.

Each session is a safe space to uncover, tend, and cultivate the seeds of connection that have always been within you, waiting to grow. When moments of vulnerability, disconnection, or emotional activation arise, we’ll work with them in real time, practicing ways to repair and relate that feel safer and more supportive. This approach helps insight move beyond analytic understanding into lived experience, allowing lasting change in how you connect with yourself and one another.
