At Upward Roots, I know that not every therapist is the right fit for every person, and that’s okay.
Just as not every seed thrives in every type of soil, each individual needs a space that supports their unique growth.
Even if my practice is not the right match, I make it a priority to guide people toward resources, referrals, and next steps that can support their healing. Whether during a consultation call or through a referral, I aim for every interaction to leave people feeling seen, understood, and a little more hopeful about their healing journey.
